FAVunite TV – Content Submission Terms

For Review and Evaluation Only

Thank you for submitting your content to FAVunite TV! These terms apply while we review your work to determine if it’s a good fit for our platform. This is not a distribution or monetization agreement—those terms will be shared separately if your content is approved.

1. You Still Own Your Content

You retain full ownership of everything you submit. By sending it to us, you’re only giving FAVunite TV temporary permission to review it—not to publish, distribute, or monetize it.

2. What We Can Do During Review

While evaluating your submission, we may:

• Watch, screen, or test your content internally,
• Share it with trusted team members or advisors involved in the review process,
• Store it securely for as long as needed to complete our evaluation.

We will not publicly display, stream, or license your content at this stage.

3. Your Promises to Us

You confirm that:

• You have the right to share this content with us,
• It doesn’t violate anyone else’s copyright, privacy, or trademark rights,
• It doesn’t contain unlawful, hateful, or deceptive material.

4. No Guarantee of Acceptance

Submitting content does not guarantee it will be accepted. We review all submissions at our discretion and may decline for any reason.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your submission as confidential and won’t share it publicly. However, if your content is already public (e.g., on YouTube or social media), this doesn’t apply.

6. Next Steps

If we’re interested in moving forward, we’ll contact you with a full Content Contributor Agreement that covers distribution, rights, and payment terms. You’ll need to agree to that agreement before your content goes live on FAVunite TV.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA.
