1. You Still Own Your Content
You retain full ownership of everything you submit. By sending it to us, you grant FAV Unite LLC a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to review the submission for evaluation purposes only. This permission does not authorize publication, distribution, licensing, or monetization.

2. What We Can Do During Review
While evaluating your submission, we may:

• Watch, screen, or test your content internally;
• Share it with trusted team members, contractors, or advisors involved in the review process, subject to confidentiality obligations;
• Store it securely for as long as needed to complete our evaluation.

We will not publicly display, stream, or license your content at this stage.

3. Your Promises to Us
You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to share this content with us for review;
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights of any third party;
• The content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or deceptive material.

If your submission consists of links to publicly available content hosted on third-party platforms (such as YouTube or Vimeo), you confirm that such content is publicly accessible and that you are authorized to share those links with us for review purposes.

5. No Guarantee of Acceptance 
Submitting content does not guarantee it will be accepted. We review all submissions at our discretion and may decline for any reason.

6. Confidentiality 
We treat your submission as confidential and will not publicly disclose it during the review process. However, if your content is already publicly available (for example, on YouTube or social media), confidentiality does not apply to information already in the public domain.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FAV Unite LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these representations or your submission of content that infringes the rights of any third party.

8. Next Steps 
If we’re interested in moving forward, we’ll contact you with a full Content Contributor Agreement that covers distribution, rights, and payment terms. You’ll need to agree to that agreement before your content goes live on FAVunite TV. Personal information submitted in connection with your content review is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law 
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
